Our take on the original Thai hot sauce which was created over 80 years ago in the seaside district of Si Racha Thailand. Made from Fresno Peppers from local organic farms. This sauce has a lovely balance of bright chili heat, delicate sweetness, vinegary tang, and a garlicky back note. You can use this sauce on anything. Small batch handmade.
Ingredients: Fresno pepper, Honey, Cane Sugar, Garlic, Vinegar, Salt
So yesterday I was at a event in Glenview Illinois and the owner gave me and my team a couple of bottles of hot sauce. So today I made fried shrimp shredded tater tots and garlic green beans with pink sauce I got the pink sauce recipe from a Gentleman on YouTube his channel is called SouthernVibin Cooks It pairs so well with the 6Zense hot sauce. All the varieties are delicious, but the fresno is so versatile. It's spicy, savory, and a little sweet. My only critique is that the bottle is too small and I run out too fast.
Perfect balance of sweet tang with that familiar Thai heat.
