Our take on the original Thai hot sauce which was created over 80 years ago in the seaside district of Si Racha Thailand. Made from Fresno Peppers from local organic farms. This sauce has a lovely balance of bright chili heat, delicate sweetness, vinegary tang, and a garlicky back note. You can use this sauce on anything. Small batch handmade.
Ingredients: Fresno pepper, Honey, Cane Sugar, Garlic, Vinegar, Salt

I was never a fan of standard off the shelf tabasco style sauces. These guys take a different approach with their products. Sauce has good texture and great taste. Fresno one gives your foods great kick but it doesn't overpower the food. I'm very happy with this product.
